Nitinol Foil – 0.1 mm

Our best performance, highest surface quality and flatness, high temperature memory foil. Activates at 50-60 C range and remains fully soft at room temperatures. Smooth silky texture.

Maximum foil size: 10 x 80 cm

Nitinol nickel titanium inter-metallic (superalloy) with a 60ºC phase transition temperature.

The foil is very strong and puncture resistant. It will return to original trained shape when heated to approx. 50ºC or above. Heating past 100ºC is not recommended or necessary unless you are setting a new shape.
